文章着重阐述企业推进设备管理创新,对提高设备使用效益,确保企业健康、持续发展的意议。笔者结合在来冶生产一线设备管理点滴,以创新驱动、管理蜕变、强化主体责任,加快设备对标管理、以及推进合理化建议,破解生产难题等几方面综合论述了强化设备管理的新举措,着重提出设备维修人员只有通过“消防员”到“设备保姆”角色的转变,才能从繁重而忙碌的日常维修工作中解放出来,做到有计划维修和检修,提高设备使用效益,实现“以设备保生产”的管理终极目标。
The article focuses on the enterprise to promote the innovation of equipment management, to improve equipment efficiency, to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the company’s proposal. The author combines a series of new measures to strengthen equipment management, such as managing the first-line equipment in the production line, innovating the drive, managing the metamorphosis, strengthening the responsibility of the main body, accelerating the management of equipment benchmarking, advancing the rationalization proposal and solving the production difficulties. It is suggested that the equipment maintenance personnel should be freed from the heavy and busy routine maintenance work only through the change of the “firefighter” to the “equipment nanny” role, so that planned maintenance and overhaul can be achieved, the efficiency of equipment utilization can be improved, and the realization of “Equipment to ensure production ” management ultimate goal.
