目的观察PDCFR-a与PDGF-AAmRNA在大鼠不同成熟阶段肺中的表达,以及地塞米松(Dex)对它们在肺内表达的调节。方法溶液杂交法。结果PDGFR-amRNA随胎龄增长而变化;PDCF-AAmRNA随胎龄增加变化不大。Dex能调节大鼠胎肺PDGFR-a的表达,对PDGF-AA无明显影响。结论PDGFR-a、PDGF-AA存在于大鼠肺中,并随胎龄增长而发生变化,提示PDGF与肺发育密切相关;Dex对大鼠肺PDCFR-a的基因表达有调节作用,这可能是激素影响肺成熟的机制之一。
Objective To observe the expression of PDCFR-a and PDGF-AA mRNA in different stages of lung of rats and the regulation of their expression in lung by dexamethasone (Dex). Method of solution hybridization. Results PDGFR-amRNA changed with the increase of gestational age; PDCF-AA mRNA did not change with the increase of gestational age. Dex can regulate the expression of PDGFR-a in fetal rat lung without any significant effect on PDGF-AA. Conclusions PDGFR-a and PDGF-AA are present in the lungs of rats and change with the increase of gestational age, suggesting that PDGF is closely related to lung development. Dex may play a regulatory role in PDGFR-a gene expression in rats, which may be One of the mechanisms by which hormones affect lung maturation.
