Leading the teaching work is a complex and arduous process. The issues involved are very extensive and the methods and methods are also varied. According to our experience, in the process of leadership teaching, we should pay close attention to the following issues: (a) Organize teachers to correctly formulate a full semester teaching plan in order to ensure that the teaching work of the whole semester can be clearly guided by the principles and policies of the party and the government.
