探索篇:历经多项教改实验,悟得语文教学之道20世纪80年代末,随着素质教育观念的提出,人们开始反思应试教育的利弊,积极创新和实践素质教育。在基础教育阶段,我们教师到底该摒弃什么?坚持什么?弘扬什么?特别是,当我看到小学语文教学存在着陈腐的师生观、以教为主的学习方式、学生创新能力尤显不足、忽视了对学生的人文关怀等问题时,我不断思考,上述这些问题的存在将直接影响着如何树立正确科学的语文价值观,带着“怎样教语文”“如何学语文”“培养什么样的学生”等这些核心问题,我开始了自己的探索。
