为了研究IL-2和IL-10在人生殖器疱疹(GH)发病机制中的作用。用美国Genzyme公司生产的人细胞因子ELISA试剂盒以双抗体夹心ELISA法,检测了15例GH患者血清IL-2与IL-10水平。男13例,女2例,年龄25～53岁,病期8天～4年,平均1.5年。绝大多数患者有非婚性接触史或配偶感染史。 实验结果表明,GH患者血清IL-2水平较对照组显著降低,分别为339±155pg/ml,1151±221pg/ml,P
To investigate the role of IL-2 and IL-10 in the pathogenesis of human genital herpes (GH). Serum levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in 15 cases of GH patients were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA using human cytokine ELISA kit manufactured by Genzyme Company of USA. 13 males and 2 females, aged 25 to 53 years old, the disease period of 8 days to 4 years, an average of 1.5 years. The vast majority of patients have a history of non-marital contact or spouse infection.
