随着我国市场经济的不断发展,我国大型食品集团的发展规模也得到了很大的提升。其中,资金是保证大型食品集团运营的重要保障,越来越多的管理者都已经认识到资金管理的重要性。很多大型食品集团加强了对资金的集约化管理,在一定程度上提高了企业的财务管理水平。本文从大型食品集团资金集约化管理的重要性出发,列举案例,提出了几点加强资金集约化管理的措施,目的在于提高大型食品集团的资金管理水平。
With the continuous development of the market economy in our country, the scale of development of large food groups in China has also been greatly improved.
