新的命名与新的动力1992年9月26日,广东省人民政府举行对外扩大开放的新闻发布会。宣布国务院已批准大亚湾和广州市的南沙辟为经济技术开发区。大亚湾是建设新的临海工业区,并在此基础上建成一个现代化的港口城市理想地带。如何建设?起点要高。技术起点要高,项目起点要高,向着建设高新技术、大型工业项目的方向努力。笔者认为这是国务院命名大亚湾为“经济技术开发区”的主要涵义和要求。现惠州大亚湾的基础设施建设全面开发,惠州及其大亚湾日益成为我国南方地区一个新的投资热点。仅今年1—8月,全市新吸纳的内联企业达300多家,注册资金14.3亿元,比1991年同期分别增长2.6倍、3倍。
New Nomenclature and New Motivation On September 26, 1992, the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government held a press conference for opening up to the outside world. Announced that the State Council has approved the Nansha Daya Bay and Guangzhou as the Economic and Technological Development Zone. I think this is the State Council named Daya Bay as “Economic and Technological Development Zone,” the main implications and requirements. Now that the infrastructure construction in Daya Bay of Huizhou has been fully developed, Huizhou and its Daya Bay increasingly become a new investment hot spot in southern China. From January to August this year alone, the number of new inland enterprises newly absorbed by the city reached more than 300 with a registered capital of 1.43 billion yuan, an increase of 2.6 times and 3 times over the same period of 1991 respectively.
