固有的模具牵引力数据可用来增加拉挤工艺的效率,改善拉挤复合材料产品的质量.而线速度是与模具牵引力有关的变化最频繁的工艺变量,其它可变组分象玻璃含量、填料含量和脱模剂也会(对牵引力)产生一定影响.本文就DERAKANE公司的乙烯基酯树脂系的几种填料含量和玻璃含量的拉挤实验,考察模具牵引力对线速度的反应.在初始研究中评价了几种内脱模剂。应用可设计性混合物实验的方法,进一步调查了一份最好的选择物.随后提出一个模型来描述玻璃含量、填料含量和线速度对模具牵引力相互作用的反应.
Intrinsic mold traction data can be used to increase the pultrusion process efficiency and improve the quality of the pultruded composite product, while line speed is the most frequently variable process variable associated with mold traction. Other variables such as glass content, filler content And release agent will also exert some influence on the traction force.In this paper, the pull-squeeze test of several filler content and glass content of DERAKANE’s vinyl ester resin system was used to investigate the response of the mold traction to the linear velocity.In the initial study Several internal mold release agents were evaluated. A best choice was further investigated using a designable mixture experiment followed by a model to describe the response of glass content, filler content, and linear velocity to the traction interaction of the die.
