本文叙述了一种测定矿石浸出液中铀的自动流动注射系统。浸出液样品从自动取样器中注入以后,用磷酸三丁酯-庚烷溶液萃取铀,并将有机相分离。有机相的铀与2-(5-溴2吡啶偶氮)5-二乙胺基苯酚(BrPADAP)和苄基二甲基十四烷基铵(泽非拉明)的乙醇溶液反应,然后在579毫微米处采用分光光度法测定U(VI)生气的三元络合物。测定的下限是0.1ppm的铀,分析速度为每小时最多可分析50个样品。与己发表的分段流动系统相比,在速度和灵敏度方面有了明显的改进。本方法对于工艺过程控制来说是理想的,并且能用于矿石分析。
This article describes an automatic flow injection system for the determination of uranium in ore leachate. After the sample of the leachate is injected from the autosampler, the uranium is extracted with a tributyl phosphate-heptane solution and the organic phase is separated. The uranium of the organic phase is reacted with an ethanolic solution of 2- (5-bromopyridazopyrazine) 5-diethylaminophenol (BrPADAP) and benzyldimethyltetradecylammonium (zeofulvin) Spectrophotometric determination of ternary complexes of U (VI) anger at 579 nm. The lower limit of determination is 0.1 ppm of uranium and the analysis speed is up to 50 samples per hour. Compared with the published segmented flow system, there has been a clear improvement in speed and sensitivity. This method is ideal for process control and can be used for ore analysis.
