改革开放以来,我国对国有资产管理体制进行了不断的改革,国有经济得到不断发展,也出现了一些新的问题.在不断解决新问题的过程中,我们逐步认识到要发展国有经济,必须搭建商品经济制度及其市场经济体制这个平台,必须与所有制结构、产业结构、地区经济结构调整等7个方面的改革结合起来.
