目的提高低年资护士护理安全培训的质量,探讨有效的培训方法。方法确定护理安全核心制度和应急预案的培训项目,将被培训护士分组,每组自编自导进行情景剧编排、演出,最后由指导老师统一评价、指导。结果加深低年资护士对护理安全核心制度和应急预案的理解和记忆,调动了被培训的护士学习和带教老师教学的积极性,提高科室的护理带教质量,确保科室护理安全。结论通过对核心制度和应急预案关键环节进行规范的情景演示,调动低年资护士学习护理核心制度和应急预案的积极性,将机械背诵的条文融合到实际工作中,进一步加强护士对护理核心制度和应急预案的理解及掌握。“,”Objective To improve nursing care training quality of low past service nurse and investigate ef ective training approach. Methods Nursing care secure core system and beforehand emergency proposal were formulated. The nurses were divided into dif erent groups to lay out and perform situational drama by themselves which was evaluated by the advisers. Results Nursing care secure core system and beforehand emergency proposal were deeply comprehended and remembered by the low past service nurses. Activeness of the training nurses and advisers were improved and nursing care teaching quality was elevated and nursing care security was ensured. Conclusion Nursing care secure core system and beforehand emergency proposal was further learned with activeness, strongly comprehended and grasped by the low past service training nurses through situational drama representation.
