关于山茱萸(Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc.)成分,仅知含有没食子酸、枸橼酸、酒石酸等有机酸。另有报导,从其同属植物C.florida L.的根皮中分到甙verbenalin,因此作者设想山茱萸是否也含有iridoid型甙,对此进行了研究。实验结果从山茱萸中分离得四种甙,其中三种已经鉴定,分别为morroniside(Ⅶ),loganin(Ⅳ)和sweroside,另一种是新iridoid类型甙,为7-omethyl-morroniside(Ⅵ),其四乙酰化物(Ⅰ)熔点,103~105°。分离方法:取日本奈良县产的新鲜山茱萸果实,以甲醇提取,合并提出液,减压浓缩,甲醇提取物以小量水溶解,用乙醚脱脂后,以活性炭柱层析分离,
Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc. Contains only organic acids such as gallic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid. It has also been reported that glycosides such as verbenalin are classified from the root bark of its genus C.florida L. Therefore, the authors envisaged that whether or not dogwood also contained iridoid glycosides.
