以市场经济为主导的中国特色的社会主义经济体系发展过程中,必须进一步深化改革,注重企业知识产权的保护,切实提升企业的核心竞争力。中小企业是我国市场经济主体中的重要组成部分,在整体经济发展和社会进步过程中发挥着重要作用,但是根据调查发现,中小企业存在着创新能力不够、知识产权保护意识淡薄等问题,这些切实的问题严重影响着我国市场经济的稳定、有序发展。因此本文从保护中小企业知识产权的角度分析,当前我国中小企业知识产权保护存在的一些问题,并有针对性提出保护策略,为我国中小企业的发展以及知识产权保护提供重要的理论探讨依据。
In the process of developing a socialist economy with Chinese characteristics that is dominated by a market economy, we must further deepen the reform, pay more attention to the protection of the intellectual property rights of enterprises, and effectively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. SMEs play an important role in the overall economic development and social progress. However, according to the survey, SMEs have such problems as lack of innovation capacity and weak awareness of intellectual property protection, which are all practical Seriously affected the stable and orderly development of China’s market economy. Therefore, this article analyzes some problems existing in the protection of intellectual property of SMEs from the perspective of the protection of intellectual property rights of SMEs, and puts forward some protection strategies aimed at providing an important theoretical basis for the development of SMEs in China and the protection of intellectual property.
