对无靠模成形毛坯受力特点进行了分析 ,找到了旋压力与旋轮行程、毛坯转速与毛坯直径、进给比与旋转半径之间的关系。通过采用无靠模成形工艺 ,加快了制坯的更新换代。
The force characteristics of blankless forming blank are analyzed, and the relationship between spinning pressure and rolling stroke, blank rotating speed and blank diameter, feeding ratio and rotating radius are found. Through the use of non-die forming process, to speed up the replacement of billet.
