[目的 ]寻找三姐妹保肝活性成分。 [方法 ]采用四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤小鼠动物模型 ,观察三姐妹经不同溶剂处理所得的 3种组分对血清谷丙转氨酶活性的影响。[结果 ]三姐妹的乙醇提取物和乙醇提取物的 5 %盐酸可溶性组分均能明显降低四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤小鼠的血清谷丙转氨酶活性 ,而从 5 %盐酸可溶性组分中萃取出来的乙酸乙酯可溶性组分则无效。 [结论 ]三姐妹的乙醇提取物和 5 %盐酸可溶性组分可能是其保肝活性成分。
[Objective] To find three sisters active ingredients for liver protection. [Methods] The mouse model of acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride was used to observe the effects of the three components of the three sisters treated with different solvents on the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase. [Results] The soluble components of 5% hydrochloric acid in ethanol extracts and ethanol extracts of the three sisters all significantly reduced serum alanine aminotransferase activity in mice with acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride, and soluble components from 5% hydrochloric acid. The ethyl acetate soluble fraction extracted from this product is not effective. [Conclusion] The three sisters’ ethanol extract and 5% hydrochloric acid soluble fraction may be the liver-protective ingredients.
