年初,我被选为工会小组长,全班人员的信任,使我深受鼓舞。上任伊始,我就为自己制定了奋斗目标:把自己的工作搞好,把工会对职工的关怀送到每个职工的心中。在工长和上一任工会小组长的帮助下,各项工作的具体实施办法开始陆续出台,送温暖工程继续坚持(职工、家属及父母生、病故必去探望,每半年对全班人员进行一次家访,对有困难的职工积极帮助),另外又增设了为每个职工过生日这一新内容。这些行之有效的工作方法已得到了职工同志们的肯定,对提高班组凝聚力、战斗力很有帮助。
