以骨髓造血基质细胞体外培养体系为基础开展对ＨＬ－６０白血病细胞促分化作用的研究，Ｍｋ探讨正常人骨髓造血基质细胞对异常实质细胞的调控作用。结果表明，正常人骨髓这血基质细胞对人急性早幼粒细胞白血病ＨＬ－６０细胞具有逆转作用，表现在促分化和抑制增殖两方面。其机理主要以直接接触而发挥调控作用，分泌因子作用较小。
Based on the in vitro culture system of hematopoietic stem cells of hematopoietic stem cells, we studied the effect of promoting the differentiation of HL-60 leukemia cells and Mk to investigate the regulation effect of normal human bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells on abnormal parenchymal cells.
