基于网络分析仪的测量配置是目前微波毫米波天线测量中较经济的解决方案。网络分析仪方案面世已有数十年的历史,并通过分析仪的改良而得到不断完善,然而,由于网络分析仪的结构体系,其存在无法进行复杂调制信号测试,中频带宽窄等测量限制。针对上述天线测量系统集成中的主要问题,提出了基于多通道信号分析与记录仪的一体化天线测量方案,此方案解决多仪表的中频数据汇聚与共享问题,引入了基于连续数据分析的测量架构与分析方法,解决了集成中多仪表的触发同步问题。
The measurement configuration based on network analyzer is a more economical solution in the current microwave millimeter-wave antenna measurement. However, due to the structural system of network analyzer, there is no measurement limit for complicated modulation signal test and narrow intermediate frequency bandwidth, etc. However, network analyzer solutions have been developed for decades. In view of the main problems in the above antenna measurement system integration, an integrated antenna measurement scheme based on multi-channel signal analysis and recorder is proposed. The solution solves the problem of multi-meter IF data aggregation and sharing, and introduces a measurement architecture based on continuous data analysis And analytical methods to solve the multi-instrument integrated trigger synchronization issues.
