1958年,我院編制了大批典型設計,基本上扭轉了設計赶不上施工的局面,滿足了地方的要求。但是,典型設計在全面貫徹多快好省方面仍然是不無問題的,特別是在設計工作与生产实踐相結合、与群众創造相結合方面做得很不够。为了克服設計工作脫离生产、脫离群众的缺点,我院学習了長春汽車厂發动工人参加設計的經驗,选擇了沈陽高压开关厂与沈陽变压器厂作为貫徹設計三結合方針的試驗田,下厂和工人一道修改設計。在我院党委的領导下,我們于去年12月的最后10天,到上述兩厂和工人一道修改設計。現在,謹把个人在参加这一工作中的点滴体会,介紹出来供大家参考。
In 1958, our institute compiled a large number of typical designs, basically reversed the situation that the design could not keep up with the construction and met the local requirements. However, the typical design is still not without problems in the full implementation of more rapid provinces, especially in the combination of design work and production practices, and the creation of the masses is not enough. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the design work being separated from the masses, the Institute studied the experience of the Changchun Automobile Factory in initiating workers’ participation in the design, and selected the Shenyang High Voltage Switchgear Factory and the Shenyang Transformer Factory as experimental fields for the implementation of the design-three-combination policy. The factory and the workers worked together to modify the design. Under the leadership of the party committee of our institute, we went to the above two factories and workers to modify the design in the last 10 days of last December. Now, I would like to introduce my personal experience in this work and introduce it for your reference.
