随着油田开发深入,地下条件越来越复杂,油藏储层砂岩胶结能力减弱,导致油井出砂,严重的油层段被砂埋。为解决油井出砂问题,目前普遍采用的是机械防砂与化学固砂两种,而化学固砂多采用水泥封堵,即通过水泥浆注入地层凝固来固砂。但在部分高压区,由于地层先天因素,水泥浆注入压力过高一般达到20MPa以上,水泥浆注入困难,地面设备负荷大,存在安全隐患,且高压注入的水泥浆在地层胶结性差,易反吐存在水泥塞或油管“插旗杆”的风险。针对上述问题,提出在高压区油井打悬空水泥环固砂的思路,并对适应性及施工工艺进行探讨。

However, in some high-pressure areas, due to inherent factors of formation, injection pressure of slurry is generally over 20 MPa, slurry injection is difficult, ground equipment load is large, and there is a potential safety hazard. Cement slurry injected under high pressure is poor in formation formation and easy to vomit Cement plug or tubing “plug the flagpole ” risk. In view of the above problems, put forward the idea of hanging sand in high pressure area by hanging suspended cement and discuss the adaptability and construction technology.
