根据进气涡流对直喷式柴油机燃烧过程和性能的影响规律 ,对直喷式柴油机进气涡流的优化问题进行了研究。利用 80 98单片机、传感器、电磁阀、气缸式控制阀等组成了一个电控涡流进气系统 ,并在 1 1 0 0直喷式柴油机上进行了性能试验 ,结果表明 :采用电控涡流进气系统可使柴油机在每一工况下涡流比均能达到最佳值 ,既能降低NOx排放 ,又能降低燃油消耗率
According to the influence of intake vortex on combustion process and performance of direct injection diesel engine, the optimization problem of direct injection diesel engine intake vortex was studied. The electric control vortex air intake system is composed of 8098 singlechip, sensor, solenoid valve and cylinder control valve, and the performance test is carried out on a 110 diesel engine. The results show that the electric vortex inlet The system can make the eddy current ratio under each working condition reach the best value, which not only can reduce the NOx emission, but also reduce the fuel consumption rate
