以某型号机车变压器油箱焊接生产线为研究对象,分析油箱焊接工艺流程,设计油箱焊接生产线的工艺布局,建立油箱焊接生产线仿真模型,以生产线平衡率、设备利用率、生产线产能作为评价指标对焊接生产线的仿真结果进行分析,发现了生产线初始模型存在的瓶颈、堵塞、设备利用率低等问题并提出优化方法对油箱焊接生产线模型进行优化。对比优化前后的仿真结果,证实了优化方法的可行性。
Taking the production line of the transformer tank of a locomotive as the research object, the paper analyzes the technological process of the tank welding, designs the process layout of the tank welding production line and establishes the simulation model of the tank welding production line. Taking the production line balance rate, equipment utilization rate and production line capacity as the evaluation indexes, The bottleneck, blockage and low equipment utilization rate of the initial model of the production line were found out, and the optimization method was proposed to optimize the model of the production line of the tank welding. Comparing the simulation results before and after optimization, it proves the feasibility of the optimization method.
