分析了目前智能变电站自动化系统调试中的各种问题,提出了通过构建基于IEC 61850标准的通用智能电子设备(IED)仿真系统进行仿真测试的解决方案。叙述了该系统的体系架构、功能结构和实现通用IED仿真系统的关键技术;设计了多态多时序信号仿真、闭环控制仿真、通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)仿真等关键模块的仿真流程。开发实现了通用IED仿真系统软件,并将其成功运用于多个智能变电站系统的集成调试。
The various problems in the commissioning of the intelligent substation automation system are analyzed. The solution of simulating the test by building a universal intelligent electronic device (IED) simulation system based on the IEC 61850 standard is proposed. The system architecture, functional structure and the key technologies of universal IED simulation system are described. The simulation flow of key modules such as multi-state multi-time signal simulation, closed-loop control simulation and general object oriented substation event (GOOSE) simulation are designed. Development and implementation of a generic IED simulation system software, and its successful application of a number of intelligent substation system integration debugging.
