目的探讨维持高温的方法对生锈器械的除锈效果。方法挑选清洗完毕后同质锈蚀的器械100件,随机分为两组,各50件。试验组将器械放入100℃左右按1∶5比例配置好的除锈溶液中浸泡3 min;对照组将器械放入常温按1∶5比例配置好的除锈溶液中浸泡3 min,比较两种方法除锈效果。结果试验组合格率为98%,对照组合格率为48%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生锈器械在100℃除锈溶液中,化学反应速度快,除锈更快更彻底,效果明显优于常温下的除锈溶液。
Objective To investigate the effect of maintaining high temperature on the rust removal of rusty equipment. Methods After the homogenization rinsing, 100 pieces of instruments were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 pieces each.
