企业的“战略”与“风险”相生相伴,紧密地联系在一起。由于企业的战略特点,在企业战略的制定、实施和控制过程中,充满了各种不确定性,影响着企业的生存与发展。近年来,由于全球化、信息技术、顾客需求、战略联盟和外包等内外部环境的变化以及企业间竞争的加剧,战略风险也在增加。本文从企业战略风险的涵义及形成因素入手,提出了针对不同类型战略分先的应对措施。
The company’s “strategy” and “risk” accompany each other and are closely linked. Due to the company’s strategic characteristics, it is full of uncertainties in the process of formulating, implementing, and controlling corporate strategies, affecting the survival and development of the company. In recent years, strategic risks have also increased due to changes in internal and external environments such as globalization, information technology, customer demand, strategic alliances, and outsourcing, as well as increased competition among enterprises. This paper starts with the meaning and forming factors of corporate strategic risks and proposes countermeasures for different types of strategies.
