通过对我国中药专利中科学论文引证与专利价值的关系进行实证分析,探讨我国现代科学研究对中药专利技术发展的影响。研究发现我国中药专利与现代科学研究的融合程度在不断加深,但整体技术含量较低;个人专利占比最大,但价值不高。现代科学技术并没有对专利的价值造成影响,究其原因是因为我国专利整体技术含量低,科学研究方向难以与技术发展结合,个人专利价值较低。未来应提升中药专利技术含量,挖掘个人专利的价值,真正做到产学研充分结合。
Through the empirical analysis of the relationship between the citations of scientific papers and the value of patent in the Chinese patent of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper discusses the influence of modern scientific research on the development of Chinese patent medicine technology. The study found that the degree of integration of Chinese medicine patents and modern scientific research is deepening, but the overall technical content is low; the proportion of individual patents is the largest, but the value is not high. Modern science and technology did not affect the value of the patent, the reason is because the overall low-tech patents in our country, the direction of scientific research is difficult to combine with the development of technology, personal patent value is low. In the future, the patent content of traditional Chinese medicine should be enhanced and the value of individual patents should be tapped to truly integrate production, learning and research.
