为了研究血管平滑肌细胞是否表达极低密度脂蛋白受体mRNA,采用Northernblot分析法检测培养兔主动脉平滑肌细胞表达极低密度脂蛋白受体mR-NA的情况。结果发现,培养兔主动脉平滑肌细胞可以表达极低密度脂蛋白受体mRNA;而且.细胞因子白细胞介素-1β能使表达增强约2倍。提示极低密度脂蛋白受体有可能参与动脉平滑肌细胞源性泡沫细胞;白细胞介素-1β上行调节平滑肌细胞表达极低密度脂蛋白受体mRNA可能是其参与动脉粥样硬化斑块形成途径之一。
To investigate whether vascular smooth muscle cells express very low density lipoprotein receptor mRNA, northern blot assay was used to detect the expression of very low density lipoprotein receptor mR-NA in rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells. The results showed that cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells can express very low density lipoprotein receptor mRNA; The cytokine Interleukin-1 Beta enhances the expression about 2-fold. Suggesting that very low density lipoprotein receptor may participate in arterial smooth muscle cell-derived foam cells; interleukin-1β up-regulation of smooth muscle cells expressing very low density lipoprotein receptor mRNA may be involved in the formation of atherosclerotic plaque pathway one.
