利用 RAPD技术对菟丝子(Cuscuta chinensis)纯净药材和市场购买的12种菟丝子商品药材进行比较分析。筛选出8个引物,它们对纯净的菟丝子药材能扩增出稳定、清晰的带型,在相同条件下对商品菟丝子进行研究,混伪品含量低于60%的样品扩增出与纯品相同的带型,含量高于60%的样品扩增结果明显不同。
The RAPD technology was used to compare and analyze the pure medicinal materials of Cuscuta chinensis and 12 kinds of commercially available medicinal materials of Cuscuta chinensis. Eight primers were screened out. They could amplify a stable and clear banding pattern for pure dodder medicine, and studied commercial dodder under the same conditions. Samples with less than 60% counterfeit content were amplified in the same way as pure products. The band type, the content of which is higher than 60%, has significantly different amplification results.
