运用 冬性有极 显著差异 的2 个甘 蓝材料(72249 、旅14154 24) ,对低温 诱导花 芽分化的温度、诱 导的起 始苗龄、诱 导持续 的时 间 及诱 导 后花 芽生 长 的温 度及 时 间进 行了 比 较试 验。 提出以7 ~8 叶苗龄、5 ℃低温诱 导50 d ,光周 期12 h ,而 后转 入昼 温/ 夜 温= 25 ~30 ℃/15 ~20 ℃,15 d ,测定花 芽分化级 数,计算 花芽分化 指数,以 此对甘蓝 进行冬 性鉴 定。运 用此 方法 ,对 2 份 自交 系、8份春早 熟组合 进行了冬 性鉴定。
