目的识别和分析淄博市某陶瓷生产企业存在的职业病危害情况,找出该行业的职业病危害关键控制点,并提出进一步防护措施。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法综合判断,确定职业病危害关键控制点。结果该企业存在粉尘、化学性毒物、高温、噪声等职业病危害因素,粉尘个体检测和工作场所检测合格率分别为90.5%和83.3%;化学毒物、噪声、高温的浓度和强度均符合国家限制的标准。结论粉尘、化学毒物、噪声、高温为该企业关键职业病危害控制因素,特别是粉尘,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational disease hazards existing in a ceramic manufacturer in Zibo, identify the key control points of occupational hazards in the industry and propose further protective measures. Methods The methods of on-the-spot occupational health survey and occupational disease hazard testing were used to determine the key control points of occupational hazards. Results There were occupational hazards such as dust, chemical poisons, high temperature and noise in the enterprise. The qualified rate of individual dust detection and workplace testing were 90.5% and 83.3% respectively. The concentrations and intensities of chemical poisons, noise and high temperature all met the national limits standard. Conclusion Dust, chemical poisons, noise and high temperature are the key control factors of occupational hazards in the enterprise, especially dust. Prevention and control work should be strengthened from the key control sites where occupational hazards occur.
