本文扼要综述国外微型机集成技术的过去、现在和将来的发展趋势。重点阐述集成技术直线上升;VLSI 技术向系统设计提出挑战;NMOS 继续居统治地位;八十年代是 CMOS 年代;双极的应用日趋缩小等五个问题。最后着重指出:集成工艺是微型机发展的基础;但是,工艺也必须面向应用,把可能达到的水平尽可能地用于社会,以促进其基础的巩固,促进工艺的发展。
This article briefly summarizes the past, present and future development trends of microcomputer integration technology in foreign countries. Focusing on the straight-line integration technology; VLSI technology to challenge the system design; NMOS continues to dominance; eighties is the CMOS era; bipolar applications shrinking five issues. Lastly, it points out that the integration process is the basis for the development of microcomputers; however, the process must also be application-oriented, using as much of the potential as possible in society to promote the consolidation of its foundation and promote process development.
