我院神经内科于1988年6月收治的脑梗塞病人中有6例因静滴低分子右旋糖酐注射液(以下称简低右)发生过敏反应,现报告如下。临床资料本组男4例,女2例。年龄53～66岁。入院后均经头颅CT确诊为脑梗塞患者,其中5例伴有高血压或动脉硬化症。入院后全部用低右治疗。用药前均未做过敏试验。没有配用其他药物。发生过敏反应与用药次数的关系为:首次2例,3次1例,4次2例,5次1例。给药速度30～40滴/分。出现过敏反应的时间,最短者为用药后10分钟,化长者为30分钟。主要临床表现为:头晕(3例),胸闷(2例),恶心、呕吐(5例),畏寒,发热(6例)、休克(1例)。全部病例
