CP45899的簿层层析或酸碱滴定测定法分析周期长,精密度较差,尚未见采用高效液相色谱法的报道。本文研究了影响CP45899色谱行为的有关因素,并制定反相高效液相色谱法测定CP45899的方法。方法简便,快速,重现性较好。 使用Waters244高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱为RadialpaKA;甲醇-0.5%磷酸二氢铵水溶液(5:95,pH3.0)为移动相;紫外检测器254nm测定。外标曲线峰高法定量。
CP45899 by layer chromatography or acid-base titration determination of the long cycle, the precision is poor, there has been no report using high performance liquid chromatography. In this paper, we studied the factors affecting the chromatographic behavior of CP45899 and developed a method for the determination of CP45899 by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The method is simple, fast and reproducible. Waters 244 high performance liquid chromatography with a column of RadialpaKA; methanol-0.5% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (5:95, pH 3.0) as the mobile phase; UV detector at 254 nm. External standard curve peak height quantitative.
