以油莎草地上茎叶为原料,以提取率为考察指标,通过单因素和正交优化试验确定超声微波双辅助法提取油莎草总黄酮的最优工艺条件,并与超声波提取法、微波辅助提取法和传统回流法进行比较。结果表明,超声微波双辅助法提取油莎草总黄酮的最优工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数70%、料液比1∶16(g/mL)、超声时间25min、超声功率80W,微波火力50%,微波时间120s,总黄酮提取率为1.39%,较单独采用其他三种方法高;红外光谱分析表明超声波、微波处理对油莎草总黄酮的结构无显著性影响。
Taking the stems and leaves of the oil sativa as raw material and taking the extraction rate as the investigation index, the optimal technological conditions for extracting total flavonoids from the oilseed sedge were determined by single factor and orthogonal test. The optimum conditions were determined by ultrasonic extraction, microwave Auxiliary extraction method and the traditional reflux method for comparison. The results showed that the optimum conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 70%, solid-liquid ratio 1:16 (g / mL), ultrasonic time 25min, ultrasonic power 80W, microwave power 50 %, Microwave time 120s, total flavonoids extraction rate of 1.39%, compared with the other three methods alone; infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that ultrasound and microwave treatment on the structure of the total flavonoids oleanolic insignificant.
