天然气超声波流量计在实际生产中常与调节阀组成调压计量串使用,由于天然气在节流过程中机械能转化为声能而产生高频噪声,其频率与超声波流量计工作频率相近,因此严重影响超声波流量计的正常工作。改造实践证明:调节阀的安装位置、降噪型调节阀的选用以及T形头的安装均可能通过影响流量计在不计量状态下的增益系数Gain和信噪比SNR,从而降低流量计的准确性和稳定性。调整调压计量工艺流程和轴流式调节阀的运行工况、选用非降噪型气体超声波流量计、增加流量计上下游直管段的长度、在气流反方向加装T形头,均可以有效消除调节阀高频噪声对超声波计量的影响。
