2014年以来,兖矿集团工会针对煤炭企业困难形势和经济新常态,深入研究探索推动企业发展与履行国有企业工会职责的切入点和结合点,积极推行职工代表民主评价制度,对职工群众关注的设备材料采购和工程建设项目招标等热点问题,由职工代表进行监督评价。相继召开了四次职工代表民主评价会,在全公司引起强烈反响。通过开展职工代表民主评价工作,创新了民主监督模式,拓展了民主管理渠道,破解了企业管理难题,为提升企业工会地位和作用开辟
