目的 :探讨谷氨酰胺对氟尿嘧啶化疗大鼠饮食营养的影响。方法 :实验分为 3组 ,A组为正常对照组 ;B组为氟尿嘧啶组 ;C组为氟尿嘧啶加谷氨酰胺组。观察给药后第 1~ 7天大鼠每日饮食量的变化 ,第 8天测定大鼠门静脉压和门静脉血流量。结果 :C组与B组相比 ,大鼠体重下降明显减轻 (P <0 0 5 ) ,饮食量明显提高 (给药后第 5~ 7天 ,P <0 0 1) ,门静脉压和门静脉血流量有增加趋势。结论 :谷氨酰胺可明显改善氟尿嘧啶化疗大鼠的饮食营养状态。
Objective: To investigate the effect of glutamine on dietary nutrition in rats treated with fluorouracil. Methods: The experiment was divided into three groups: group A was normal control group; group B was fluorouracil group; group C was fluorouracil and glutamine group. The changes of daily dietary intake were observed on the 1st to 7th day after administration. On the 8th day, the portal venous pressure and portal vein blood flow were measured. Results: Compared with group B, the weight loss of rats in group C was significantly reduced (P <0.05), and the dietary intake was significantly increased (P <0.01 on the 5th and 7th day after administration). The portal pressure and portal vein blood Traffic has an increasing trend. Conclusion: Glutamine can significantly improve the nutritional status of rats in fluorouracil chemotherapy.
