海外归国侨胞李惠敏等七人,已由人事部门分配参加本省卫生建设工作,省卫生厅於八月十三日上午举行座谈会表示热烈欢迎。会间,许德厅长、邱倬副厅长相继致词表示欢迎,为他们参加祖国伟大的建设而祝贺。并勉励为建设祖国美好的将来而共同贡献出一切力量。回国侨胞代表李惠敏也在会上致了答词:深深痛恨在海外受尽了帝国主义者摧残和压迫,感到回到祖国大家庭的温暖和幸福,看到了祖国解放從五年来的各方面建设的辉煌成就,以生长在毛泽东时代感到兴奋和骄傲。表示要加紧学习、改造思想,努力工作,以实际行动来报答共产党和人民政府的关怀。
