目的:探讨助产士的工作压力源。方法采用问卷调查法对80名助产士和81名非助产士工作压力源进行调查。结果①助产士工作压力源平均得分与(1.49±0.959分)与非助产岗位(1.19±0.870分)存在差异(=2.08,<0.01)。②助产士工作压力来源依次为:时间分配及工作量问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题、管理及人际关系方面的问题、患者护理方面的问题、工作环境及仪器设备问题。其中主要压力源子条目分别为工作量太大、担心工作中出现差错事故、经常倒班等。结论护理管理者应了解助产士的主要工作压力源,帮助助产士积极应对。“,”Objective To explore the work stressor source among midwife.Methods A survey of 80 midwives'and 81 non-midwives'work stressor source by using the method of questionnaire.Results The average score of work stressor takes the significant dif erences with the non-midwives(=2.08, <0.01).Midwife showed higher scores in the factors of patient care,nursing profession,management and interpersonal relationship,workload and time distribution and working environment,and the main items are wor ying about accidents at work,often shift and too much work.Conclusion Nursing administrator should understand the main source of stress and help midwives confront actively.
