社会治理是当前学界关注的热点问题,寻求社会治理创新的有效路径是当务之急。职业是社会的稳定器,是我国社会治理创新的重要着力点。职业主义是一种关于职业的规范性价值系统,它对职业及其所在的社会具有规范性。社会治理创新路径是对社会的规范方式,通过规范性的发挥来实现。在社会的职业层面发挥职业主义的规范性,职业由此成为社会治理创新的一条路径。职业主义的规范性使得社会治理的职业路径成为可能。职业主义与社会治理在自治目标、价值理念、多元主体等方面的契合,表明我国社会治理创新的职业路径具有优越性。
Social governance is a hot issue that scholars pay close attention to at present. It is imperative to seek an effective path for social governance innovation. Occupation is a social stabilizer and an important focal point for innovation in social governance in our country. Professionalism is a normative value system of occupation that is normative about the profession and the society in which it is located. The innovation path of social governance is the way of regulating society and is realized through the standardization. In the professional level of society to play a normative occupation, career thus become a path of social governance innovation. The normative nature of professionalism makes the career path of social governance possible. The fit between professionalism and social governance in terms of self-government objectives, value concepts and multiple subjects shows that the professional path of innovation in social governance in our country is superior.
