针对5052铝合金薄板的脉冲激光焊接进行了研究,在单脉冲能量一定的情况下分析了离焦量、焊接速度、脉冲频率对焊缝成形的影响,并通过正交试验得到了最优参数,获得了具有一定熔深且外表美观的焊缝。
Aiming at the pulse laser welding of 5052 aluminum alloy sheet, the influence of defocus amount, welding speed and pulse frequency on the weld formation was analyzed under the condition of single pulse energy. The optimum parameters were obtained through orthogonal experiment. Obtained with a certain penetration and appearance of the weld.
