7月底,中共中央政治局讨论通过的关于近期做几件群众关心的事的决定,其中第二条是坚决制止高干子女经商,并首先从高级领导人做起,实行回避政策。在贯彻中央这一精神的时候,许多省、市、部委,也相继制订了类似规定。这种回避的做法,令人想起一句古话来,就是:“瓜田李下”。这句话出自古乐府《君子行》:“君子防未然,不处嫌疑问;瓜田不纳履,李下不整冠。”意思就是要回避涉嫌的场合和容易被误会的事情。

This avoidance approach, reminiscent of an old adage, is: “melon Tian Lee.” This sentence comes from the ancient Yuefu “gentleman line”: “gentleman to prevent the unnoticed, no suspect question; melon field not satisfied, Lee under the crown. ” The meaning is to avoid the suspected occasions and easily misunderstood things.
