针对自卸车车斗底板材料,开发了一种新型28 钢,研究了热处理工艺条件对其磨粒磨损性能的影响。结果表明,该钢奥氏体化后在空冷条件下即可得到下贝氏体和板条马氏体组织,并在860℃奥氏体化空冷条件下获得最佳强韧化效果,具有很好的耐磨粒磨损性能,是一种很好的车斗底板材料。
Aiming at the material of bottom plate of dump truck body, a new type of 28 steel was developed. The effects of heat treatment process conditions on abrasive wear performance were studied. The results show that under the condition of air cooling, the lower bainite and lath martensite can be obtained after austenitizing, and the best strengthening and toughening effect is obtained under the condition of 860 ℃ austenitizing air cooling. Good wear-resistant grain wear performance, is a good bodywork floor material.
