本文研究的目的是探讨鼠呼吸窒息的发作与心动过缓的发生是否有关。试验动物为五只Wistar鼠,年龄是7—9周。用阻抗换能器来描记呼吸。从早晨五点到晚间七点进行光照,食物和水是充分的。记录ECG、EEG和呼吸,连续描记6~10天。睡眠状态被分为非觉醒慢波睡眠、去同步化睡眠(PS)。在所有鼠中,去同步化睡眠时期,异常呼吸
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the onset of rat respiratory asphyxia is related to the occurrence of bradycardia. The test animals were five Wistar rats, ages 7-9 weeks.
