目的:建立血舒通中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量测定方法。方法:采用Phenomenex-C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)柱,以甲醇(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B)为流动相(75:25),流速:1.0mL.min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长254nm。结果:芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚线性范围分别为1.705~34.104、3.220~64.400、2.180~43.600、1.771~35.422、0.459~9.182μg.mL-1,与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.32%、101.29%、100.77%、99.84%、100.02%,RSD分别为2.07%、2.01%、2.25%、1.75%、2.47%。结论:该方法可作为舒血通中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚含量测定的一种准确、灵敏、可行的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Xue Shu Tong aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion. METHODS: Phenomenex-C18 (5μm, 4.6mm × 250mm) column was used with methanol (A) -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) 30 ℃; detection wavelength 254nm. Results: The linear ranges of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion were 1.705 ~ 34.104,3.220 ~ 64.400,2.180 ~ 43.600,1.771 ~ 35.422,0.459 ~ 9.182μg.mL-1, The average recovery was 100.32%, 101.29%, 100.77%, 99.84% and 100.02% respectively. The RSDs were 2.07%, 2.01%, 2.25%, 1.75% and 2.47%, respectively. Conclusion: This method can be used as an accurate, sensitive and feasible method for the determination of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion.
