目的通过多方面护理干预,降低ICU患者的感染率。方法分析2008年1～6月ICU患者感染率高的原因,对我院综合ICU从加强清洁度和感染控制等各个方面进行整改,并加强管理。结果经统计ICU患者感染率,2008年1～6月为36.93%,经过多方面护理干预措施,2008年7～12月降至20.94%。结论通过护理干预能够降低ICU患者的感染率。
Objective To reduce the infection rate of ICU patients through various nursing interventions. Methods From January to June 2008, the causes of high infection rate in ICU patients were analyzed. The ICU in our hospital was rectified from various aspects such as enhancing cleanliness and infection control and strengthening management. Results The ICU infection rate was 36.93% from January to June in 2008. After various nursing interventions, the infection rate dropped to 20.94% from July to December in 2008. Conclusion Nursing interventions can reduce the infection rate in ICU patients.
