运用DEA-Malmquist方法测算了1990-2014年间京津冀城市群全要素生产率(TFP)的时空演变特征及分要素特征。结果显示:京津冀城市群全要素生产率指数在1990-2014年间的动态变化平均值为1.070,提升了7%;全要素生产率指数提升的主要动力来源于技术进步,技术效率仅仅起到协助推进作用;TFP变化呈现三个上升高峰和两个下降波谷的五阶段变化特征;全要素生产率对GDP增长率的贡献度均值为59.2%,且呈现波动变化态势;区域全要素生产率变化可划分为高增长率城市、低增长率城市及负增长率城市等三种类型;全要素生产率变化与经济发展水平二者为强相关,与经济发展规模及经济增长速度为中相关。
Using DEA-Malmquist method, the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and sub-elemental characteristics of total factor productivity (TFP) of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration during 1990-2014 were calculated. The results show that the average dynamic change of total factor productivity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration between 1990 and 2014 is 1.070, an increase of 7%. The main driving force for the improvement of total factor productivity index comes from technological progress, which only serves to promote TFP showed three rising peaks and two falling troughs. The total contribution rate of total factor productivity to GDP growth rate was 59.2%, showing a fluctuating trend. The change of total factor productivity of the region can be divided into high Cities with different growth rates, cities with low growth rates and cities with negative growth rates. There is a strong correlation between the changes in total factor productivity and the level of economic development, which is also related to the scale of economic development and the rate of economic growth.
