多胺物质是一种小分子脂肪族物质,它在体内广泛分布,具备多种生理、病理作用,参与肿瘤的发生、细胞的稳定性、细胞周期及细胞凋亡等调控过程。对多胺物质的研究由来已久,虽然多胺物质与心脏离子通道的关系密切,但是受关注的程度仍然不够。随着对多胺物质了解的加深以及研究技术的完善,多胺的研究进入了一个新的纪元。本文聚焦在多胺物质与心脏离子通道的关系。
Polyamines, a small aliphatic substance, are widely distributed in the body and have a variety of physiological and pathological effects, and are involved in the regulation of tumorigenesis, cell stability, cell cycle and apoptosis. The research on polyamine substances has been a long time. Although polyamine substances are closely related to cardiac ion channels, the degree of concern is still not enough. With the deepening understanding of polyamine substances and the improvement of research techniques, polyamine research has entered a new era. This article focuses on the relationship between polyamine species and cardiac ion channels.
