2016年12月9日,全国机关事务管理研究会第一次会员大会暨学习贯彻党的十八届六中全会精神,推进机关事务管理创新与理论建设研讨会召开。大会理论氛围浓厚,体现了机关事务工作者对理论研究工作的重视、热忱和渴求。理论是时代发展、社会进步、工作推进的需要,是实践活动发展到一定阶段经验的总结和升华。目的是推动正在进行或即将进行的事业得到更大发展。
On December 9, 2016, the first member meeting of the State Administration of Machine Learning Management and the study and implementation of the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee were held to promote the innovation and theoretical construction of organ affairs management. The strong atmosphere of the theory of the General Assembly reflected the emphasis, enthusiasm and desire of the organ affairs workers on the theoretical research work. The theory is the need of the development of the times, the progress of society and the advancement of the work. It is the summary and sublimation of the experience gained from the development of practical activities to a certain stage. The purpose is to promote the ongoing or upcoming business to achieve greater development.
