在我国,就业歧视的问题日益严重,刚刚出台的《中华人民共和国就业促进法》在这一问题上也作出了相应规定,但条款仍过于抽象,缺乏操作性。亟待我们作出进一步的细化规定。
In our country, the problem of employment discrimination is getting worse day by day. The just published “Employment Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China” has also made corresponding provisions on this issue, but the provisions are still too abstract and lacks operability. We urgently need to make further detailed provisions.
